Role & Responsibilities:
As an Administrative Officer, you will:

Deliver excellent customer service

Manage and respond to all online inquiries and sales

Handle social media accounts and report directly to the MD
-
Respond promptly to clients’ inquiries
-
Assist with in-store and online sales
-
Ensure timely payment of bills
-
Monitor and cross-check stock levels and inventory
-
Request new furniture based on stock level and Sales/Admin guidance
-
Collate daily sales and expenses; follow up with MD on personal expenses
-
Ensure the shop is client-ready daily (tools, setup, appearance)

Support the MD with charity initiatives

Keep an inventory of fabrics with swatches and quantities, as well as all shop items
Requirements:
-
HND / B.Sc in any discipline
-
Proven experience as an Administrative Officer or similar role
-
Solid knowledge of office procedures
-
Excellent organizational skills and a problem-solving mindset

Strong attention to detail
-
Excellent computer skills (MS Office proficiency)

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision
