Job Summary:

As a Customer Service/Admin Officer, you will be the frontline representative of our company, ensuring excellent customer experiences and smooth daily operations. You will also support sales and logistics teams through effective administrative assistance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming customer inquiries (phone, email, in-person)

  • Provide accurate product information and assist with order processing

  • Coordinate office activities to maintain efficiency and policy compliance

  • Support sales and logistics teams with documentation and scheduling

  • Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure quick resolution

  • Maintain and update customer databases and records

  • Keep the reception area organized and presentable

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed


Requirements:

  • OND / HND / Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related fields

  • 1–2 years experience in customer service or administrative roles

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

  • Positive, problem-solving attitude

  • Familiarity with Lekki and Lagos business environment is a plus
