Job Summary:

IJM Global Limited is hiring a dependable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support daily office operations. This role requires someone organized, professional, and proactive in ensuring that the office runs smoothly and efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and attend to visitors and clients professionally

  • Answer and manage phone calls and inquiries

  • Maintain accurate filing systems (physical and digital)

  • Monitor and manage office supplies and inventory

  • Perform general clerical and administrative duties

  • Ensure the office environment remains clean and organized

  • Assist in scheduling, communication, and minor office errands


Requirements:

  • SSCE / WAEC certificate (additional admin training is an advantage)

  • Minimum of 1 year experience as an Office Assistant or similar role

  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills

  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

  • Basic proficiency in using office equipment like printers and scanners

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
