🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify new business leads

  • Apply sales techniques via calls, emails & meetings

  • Support senior staff in client acquisition & retention

  • Maintain accurate CRM records

  • Meet monthly KPIs (calls, meetings, pipeline targets)

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Good work ethic and willingness to learn

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office

  • No prior experience required – full training provided
