Job Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Service / Admin Officer to act as the first point of contact for clients and provide essential administrative support. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day operations and deliver a top-notch customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Attend to customer inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins

Provide detailed product information and assist in order processing and follow-up

Support the coordination of office activities to ensure policy compliance

Assist sales and logistics teams with documentation and scheduling

Handle customer complaints with professionalism and resolve them promptly

Maintain and update customer databases and records

Ensure front office and reception area remain clean and organized

Prepare business correspondence, reports, and presentations
Requirements:

OND / HND / Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related fields

1–2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Highly organized with attention to detail

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Friendly, calm, and solution-oriented attitude
-
Familiarity with the Lekki area is a plus
