Job Responsibilities:
🔹 Financial Management:

Maintain and update accurate financial records (ledgers, journals, registers)

Prepare and analyze financial reports and budgets
-
Manage cash flow and ensure funds are available for operations

Support in creating and implementing financial policies
🔹 Accounts Payable & Receivable:
-
Process invoices, expense claims, and financial transactions
-
Monitor receivables, follow up on payments and investment defaulters

Reconcile account statements and resolve discrepancies
🔹 Compliance & Reporting:
-
Work with HR to manage payroll taxes (PAYE), pensions, and withholding taxes

Submit tax returns and statutory reports to authorities
-
Assist with internal/external audits
🔹 Financial Analysis & Support:
-
Conduct financial analysis and offer insights for decision-making

Help prepare forecasts, budgets, and business plans

Provide financial guidance to other departments
Job Requirements:

Must live around Ojo, Alimosho, Igando, or Egbeda

Strong experience in accounting and financial reporting

Knowledge of tax, compliance, and reconciliation

Good communication and financial analysis skills

Team collaboration, accuracy, and attention to detail
