Salary: ₦80,000/month + Performance Bonus, HMO, and Pension

Job Summary:

The Key Account Associate will be responsible for selling ATM cards to new and existing merchants, building strong relationships, and ensuring merchants meet transaction volume targets in their assigned area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell ATM Cards to merchants in assigned markets

  • Prospect and onboard merchants daily to meet targets

  • Train agents on product benefits

  • Resolve merchant issues promptly

  • Monitor merchants’ daily transaction volumes

  • Foster strong, long-term client relationships

  • Provide solutions that align with client needs and encourage referrals

Requirements:

  • B.Sc., HND, or OND in any relevant field

  • 0–1 year experience in sales (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)

  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
