Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: From ₦100,000 per month
Reporting To: Head of Sales
Qualification: B.Sc/HND in a relevant field
Experience: Minimum 1 year in Sales (Preferred)

  • Customer Service Officer

  • Sales Executive


Job Responsibilities:

  1. Interact with customers directly, attend to queries/requests/concerns, and document reports.

  2. Follow up with departments to avoid delays in customer resolution.

  3. Display a strong customer service attitude through actions and initiatives.

  4. Adhere to company business standards and processes.

  5. Recommend practical improvements that can be adopted across all locations.

  6. Be result-driven, customer-focused, energetic, and assertive with good leadership and team management skills.


Requirements:

  • Willingness to relocate or commute to Lagos reliably.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Sales or customer service experience is an added advantage.
