🩺 Position Overview:

BlueCoral Healthcare Services is seeking a skilled and experienced Medical Officer to join our clinical team. This role involves providing top-tier medical assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and case management, as well as supporting administrative and marketing strategies. Ideal candidates will bring both clinical expertise and proactive communication skills to help drive both patient outcomes and organizational goals.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Clinical Duties:

• Conduct thorough patient assessments, diagnoses, and treatments.

• Provide urgent medical services including stabilization, resuscitation, and referrals.

• Interpret medical reports and predict possible complications.

• Work closely with visiting consultants during procedures.

• Conduct follow-ups and ensure treatment adherence.

• Maintain accurate patient documentation and records.

🔹 Medical Strategy & Case Management:

• Plan and manage periodic health screenings.

• Offer medical opinions and risk assessments.

• Collaborate with marketing to develop content and strategies that promote healthcare services.

• Contribute to evidence-based medical libraries for clinical decisions.

🔹 Support & Supervision:

• Supervise nurses and clinical team members.

• Provide administrative support and maintain medical records.

• Assist in emergency preparedness and life-saving protocols.

📌 Requirements:

• MBBS degree with registration from the Nigerian Medical Council (NMA & MDCN).

• Minimum 4 years of post-qualification experience.

• Proficient in emergency medicine, intensive care, and advanced life support.

• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

• Computer literate and capable of using data processing tools.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
