Our client is a reputable player in Nigeria’s insurance industry and is looking for smart, client-focused individuals to join their team as Customer Service Officers. If you have a passion for customer engagement and service excellence, this role is for you.

📝 Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries both in writing and verbally.

• Prepare and manage valuation reports and policy renewals.

• Register incoming and outgoing mail.

• Monitor returned direct debit mandates.

• Send out birthday and seasonal messages to clients.

• Create customer and contractor codes.

• Record and analyze customer feedback.

• Support customer service training for other staff.

• Ensure all client interactions are friendly and error-free.

• Track performance against agreed SLA (Service Level Agreement).

🎓 Qualifications:

• Minimum of HND or B.Sc in Mass Communication, International Relations, or any related field.

• At least 2 years of customer service experience.

💡 Required Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication (English).

• Moderate IT proficiency (emails, Microsoft Office).

• Good business writing and documentation.

• Basic negotiation skills.

• Confident presentation abilities.
