📝 Key Responsibilities:
💼 Front Desk Duties:

Welcome and attend to visitors/clients.

Maintain a clean and well-stocked front desk area.

Receive and distribute mails/packages.

Monitor and respond to emails and company social media messages.

Redirect visitors/messages appropriately.

Organize and manage outgoing communications.
📚 Training Coordination Duties:

Develop training schedules and manage logistics.

Track participant progress and evaluate training outcomes.

Maintain training records and budget.

Recommend materials/methods and oversee equipment.

Gather feedback to improve training effectiveness.

Market training programs to boost participation.

Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards.

Attend trainer seminars to improve coordination practices.
