Ashdam Solar Co. Ltd is seeking a dynamic and organized individual to serve as Front Desk Officer / Training Coordinator. This hybrid role combines front desk management with planning and executing training programs. If you’re a proactive communicator who loves multitasking, this opportunity is for you.


📝 Key Responsibilities:

💼 Front Desk Duties:

  • Welcome and attend to visitors/clients.

  • Maintain a clean and well-stocked front desk area.

  • Receive and distribute mails/packages.

  • Monitor and respond to emails and company social media messages.

  • Redirect visitors/messages appropriately.

  • Organize and manage outgoing communications.

📚 Training Coordination Duties:

  • Develop training schedules and manage logistics.

  • Track participant progress and evaluate training outcomes.

  • Maintain training records and budget.

  • Recommend materials/methods and oversee equipment.

  • Gather feedback to improve training effectiveness.

  • Market training programs to boost participation.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards.

  • Attend trainer seminars to improve coordination practices.


You’ll Succeed If You Have:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).

  • Ability to manage schedules and logistics efficiently.

  • Basic knowledge of email marketing & social platforms.

  • Interest or experience in training coordination or renewable energy is a plus.
