💼 Role Summary:

Tradev Markets Ltd is hiring a Customer Service Representative to handle outbound communications, resolve customer inquiries, and drive sales of investment and trading services. Ideal candidates must be fluent in English, have sales experience, and understand the fintech/trading/crypto market.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls/send messages to customers to build strong client relationships.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and promote company services.

• Provide real-time technical support and first-level troubleshooting.

• Resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently.

• Track and report on customer feedback to improve service delivery.

• Provide product knowledge and market insights to clients.

• Maintain regular reports on sales activities and client interactions.

• Identify and escalate issues to relevant departments for resolution.

✅ Job Requirements:

• Fluent in English (spoken & written) – mandatory

• PC/Laptop for remote interview and work

• Fluency in Yoruba, Hausa, or Igbo – an added advantage

• 2+ years in sales with proven sales target experience

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

• Familiarity with trading, crypto, or fintech sectors

• Ability to remain calm, empathetic, and productive under pressure

• Solid problem-solving and multitasking abilities
