Job Description & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement corporate sales and marketing strategies

  • Identify and attract new business, both online and offline

  • Conduct market research and visit potential clients

  • Manage and grow customer relationships

  • Drive social media marketing and content creation

  • Monitor sales metrics, improve conversion rates, and prepare sales reports

  • Train and supervise sales staff and customer service team

  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure quality service

  • Create budgets, predict sales, and analyze profitability


Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years in sales/marketing/customer service (2 years in a bakery or cake company preferred)

  • Strong knowledge of Excel, Word, and customer service tools

  • Fluent in written and spoken English

  • Strong leadership, communication, and sales closing skills

  • Excellent organization, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

  • Must be willing to work long-term, including some Sundays and public holidays

  • Must live in or near Ikeja, Lagos


Working Hours

  • Monday–Saturday: 8:00am to 5:30pm

  • Some Sundays and public holidays required
