Medical Sales Representative

Job Summary:

Flexolution NG seeks a high-performing Medical Sales Representative to drive its pharmaceutical business growth. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with deep industry knowledge and a proven ability to secure deals and build long-term client partnerships.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new pharmaceutical sales opportunities.

  • Build strong partnerships across healthcare and pharma sectors.

  • Execute sales strategies to hit ambitious growth targets.

  • Lead contract negotiations, proposals, and client onboarding.

  • Conduct in-depth market research to spot trends and gaps.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (finance, logistics, etc.) to deliver client solutions.

  • Represent the company at conferences, industry events, and client meetings.


Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or related field (MBA is an added advantage).

  • Experience: 7+ years in sales, business development, or partnerships within pharmaceuticals/healthcare.

  • Skills:

    • Strong negotiation and communication abilities

    • Strategic mindset with a track record in sales and client acquisition

    • Familiarity with healthcare regulations, distribution channels, and supply chain processes
