📝 Job Responsibilities:

As a Solutions Architect, your main responsibility is to design innovative, scalable, and cost-effective technology solutions in:

• Networks & Collaboration Solutions

• Intelligent Building Management Systems

• Compute, Backup/DR, Microsoft, Wireless, Security & System Solutions

Key Tasks:

• Develop solutions, Bill of Materials, and pricing

• Support sales and presales efforts with technical design and presentations

• Maintain strong OEM/vendor relationships

• Engage with clients for requirement gathering and solution presentation

• Stay updated on trends, tools, OEM products, and certifications

• Provide technical support (Level 2/3), configuration, upgrades, and POCs

• Build and maintain customer and C-level relationships

• Troubleshoot and resolve IT/network issues

• Ensure timely completion of professional development goals

🎓 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree

• 5–7 years relevant experience in IT Solutions Architecture

• Strong knowledge in:

  • Compute, DR/Backup, Microsoft, System Solutions

  • Networking (LAN/WAN, Wireless, Security)

  • Collaboration tools

• Experience configuring network devices, supporting engineers, and liaising with project teams

• Proficiency in troubleshooting, performance monitoring, ITIL processes, and vendor coordination
