📝 Role Summary:
This position involves overseeing all HR functions in a hotel setting, including talent acquisition, employee relations, learning and development, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate should foster a high-performance, service-driven culture that aligns with the hotel’s strategic objectives.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:

Develop and update HR policies aligned with hospitality industry standards and regulations

Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention of quality talent

Lead staff training and development initiatives

Advise on performance management and support line managers

Handle employee grievances and disciplinary procedures

Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits structures

Ensure legal and regulatory compliance (Labour laws, pensions, safety, etc.)

Maintain confidential HR records and systems

Drive employee engagement and welfare initiatives

Support senior management in workforce planning and organizational design

Promote DEI (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion) within the workplace
🎓 Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Economics, or related field

Professional HR Certification (e.g., CIPM)

Minimum 5 years HR experience (hospitality experience preferred)

Strong understanding of workplace diversity, employee engagement, and wellbeing
