๐ Job Summary:
The Presales Collaboration Officer is responsible for managing and delivering presales activities related to Collaboration solutions (e.g., unified communication, conferencing, team collaboration tools) by supporting solution architecture, bid submissions, and technology sales. This role plays a key part in helping the sales team win customer engagements with cost-effective, high-quality proposals and competitive solutions.
๐ Key Responsibilities:

Lead presales activities for Collaboration technologies (Solution design, Bid support, etc.)

Develop accurate, efficient, and competitive technical solutions for clients

Support the sales team in meeting technology revenue targets

Build and manage strong relationships with OEMs, vendors, and distributors

Organize and deliver technical workshops for clients to drive opportunities

Provide regular feedback on market and technology trends

Ensure the company maintains strong partner certifications and engagement levels

Support post-sales implementation team with technical expertise

Ensure all solutions meet company KPIs for cost-effectiveness and quality
๐ Requirements:

A Bachelorโs Degree in a relevant field

Strong and proven experience in presales or solution architecture (especially in Collaboration technologies)

Experience dealing with OEMs, vendors, and partners

Excellent technical presentation, solution documentation, and communication skills
