📝 Job Summary:
Racogh is hiring a proactive and detail-oriented Personal Assistant / Business Coordinator to support daily business operations, handle scheduling, streamline communications, and manage admin tasks. This position is ideal for someone highly proficient in Google Workspace tools and capable of working efficiently on a desktop in a fast-paced, structured environment.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:

Manage and organise executive calendars using Google Calendar

Draft and send clear, professional business emails and documents

Create and maintain trackers and reports with Google Sheets & Docs
-
Attend meetings, take detailed notes, and share action items
-
Coordinate logistics for events, photoshoots, and vendor communication
-
Run errands and support executive day-to-day business activities
-
Organise digital files, folders, brand assets, and documentation
-
Support content creation or scheduling tasks (basic marketing duties)

Work in a task-driven team model, following structured instructions

Maintain confidentiality and represent the brand professionally
✅ Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years experience in a PA or coordinator role

Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)

Fast, desktop-based work style (mobile editing not sufficient)

Excellent written and spoken English communication

Reliable, discreet, organised, and task-oriented

Able to manage multiple assignments and work independently

Willing to provide on-site support during events, meetings, and shoots
