🌟 About the Role:

This is not your regular assistant role. You will be the right-hand person to the CEO/Founder, helping to organize his day, ideas, voice notes, digital tasks, and follow-ups across multiple high-impact businesses — including real estate, agriculture, and non-profit platforms.

You’ll support everything from meeting coordination and transcription, to brand communication, thought organization, and even digital content facilitation.

This is a cross-functional executive role with room for massive exposure and growth.


🔍 Your Core Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Founder’s calendar, schedule, and appointment reminders

  • Sit in on meetings or listen to voice notes/recordings, and convert them to:

    • Action items

    • Draft emails

    • Reports

    • Team directives

  • Help organize live engagements, both in-person and virtual

  • Coordinate across the Founder’s businesses and ensure team alignment

  • Be social media–aware and support his content ideas, interviews, or live hosting

  • Assist with branding, stakeholder relations, and communication tone


Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Admin/Operations Lead

  • Excellent in documentation, transcription, scheduling, and follow-through

  • Strong communication and digital literacy

  • Ability to handle multiple deadlines, high-level conversations, and confidential matters

  • Social media awareness and content sensitivity is a huge plus

  • Discreet, mature, and capable of managing leadership expectations and priorities

    • How you handle pressure, discretion, and task tracking

    • Mention past executives, founders, or busy teams you’ve supported

    • Include your style of transcribing or converting voice ideas into structured documents

    • Sample calendar plans or meeting notes (you can redact names)

    • Screenshots of projects you’ve managed or organized

    • Testimonials or feedback from past supervisors

    • Social media or branding support content (if you’ve created or managed any)
