Our client, supported by HR-on-Wheels, operates an all-in-one professional services platform that connects SMEs to trusted service providers. The company is launching a new B2B product focused on solving real problems for small and medium-sized businesses in Nigeria.


🎯 Job Summary

As Business Manager, you will be responsible for the commercial success and customer growth strategy of a new B2B product. Your mission: launch, scale, and optimize product performance, drive revenue, and support SME adoption.


πŸ” Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth, manage costs, and boost profitability

  • Create and execute go-to-market strategies to grow SME customer base

  • Align product development with customer needs through collaboration with product & customer success teams

  • Define and track KPIs to ensure targets are met

  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback & competitor actions

  • Design seamless onboarding and engagement processes for SME users

  • Partner with sales & marketing teams to generate leads and build strategic partnerships


βœ… Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field (MBA is a plus)

  • 5+ years experience in business management, product marketing, or growth roles (especially in tech or SaaS)

  • Proven track record of growth delivery in early-stage or high-growth environments

  • Strong knowledge of the SME landscape

  • Data-driven and comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

  • Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for solving real-world problems

  • Experience with budget management, influencing product strategy, and building cross-functional relationships
