🎯 Job Summary

We’re looking for an experienced Customer Service Supervisor to lead our team of agents on the trading floor. If you have strong leadership skills and at least 2 years of customer service experience (preferably in fintech, digital assets, or gift card trading), this role is for you.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and guide Customer Service Agents for excellent service delivery

  • Resolve complex customer issues and escalate where necessary

  • Train, mentor, and onboard new team members

  • Monitor operations and optimize daily customer service workflow

  • Ensure policy compliance and up-to-date product knowledge

  • Analyze service metrics and provide performance reports

  • Collaborate with leadership to enhance service strategies

✅ Requirements

  • HND, Bachelor’s, or Master’s Degree

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a customer service supervisory role

  • Experience in digital asset or gift card industry is a plus

  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills

  • Proven leadership and team motivation abilities

  • Proficient in customer service tools and platforms
