Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly and professional Front Desk Officer to be the first point of contact at Heedculture. You will welcome clients, manage bookings, and help create a luxury in-store experience. Experience in fashion or retail is a plus.

OND

Experience Level:

Entry Level (1 year experience)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and attend to clients warmly and professionally

  • Handle client bookings, inquiries, and follow-up communication

  • Provide basic product knowledge and support sales staff

  • Keep the reception and waiting area clean, organized, and stylish

  • Help with general administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year experience in front desk or customer service role

  • Experience in fashion, retail, or luxury setting is an advantage

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Presentable, organized, and proactive

  • Willing to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
