Monthly Salary: ₦1,500,000
Quarterly Performance Bonus: ₦600,000


About the Role:

We’re looking for a visionary HR leader who will drive people-first strategies and partner with executives to foster a thriving, high-performance culture. As the Director, Human Resources, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping our talent strategy, optimizing our organizational effectiveness, and ensuring compliance across the employee lifecycle.


Key Responsibilities:

People & Culture Leadership:

  • Champion a positive, inclusive workplace culture rooted in our mission and values

  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on talent, culture, and organizational development

  • Align HR initiatives with strategic goals to drive business impact

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for Nigeria – from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding

  • Attract top-tier talent with the right mindset, experience, and potential

  • Design a seamless onboarding experience that sets employees up for success

Performance & Growth:

  • Implement a performance management system that supports feedback, development, and accountability

  • Promote continuous learning by curating training programs and growth opportunities

  • Stay ahead of compensation trends to keep offerings competitive and equitable

HR Operations & Compliance:

  • Oversee HR records, payroll, permits, and ensure regulatory compliance

  • Leverage HR analytics to guide leadership decisions and monitor employee engagement

  • Support audits and maintain up-to-date documentation for all HR processes


Key Criteria:

  • Proven experience in a strategic HR leadership role, ideally within media, marketing, telecoms, or advertising

  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence at executive levels

  • Track record of designing and delivering impactful people programs

  • Deep understanding of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices

  • Notice period should not exceed 1 to 2 months
