About the Role:
We’re hiring a proactive and result-driven Mobile Money Operator (MMO) Relationship Manager to lead and grow our mobile financial services network across Ondo State. This role involves managing agents, supporting operations, and driving transactions within your assigned region.
Key Responsibilities:

Build and manage a strong network of mobile money agents and merchants

Conduct training, onboarding, and ongoing support for field agents

Monitor liquidity, transaction trends, and agent KPIs

Resolve operational issues promptly and ensure agent uptime

Drive adoption of mobile money products and services

Organize agent engagement initiatives (town halls, incentive schemes, etc.)

Maintain accurate records of agent performance, complaints, and feedback

Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery based on market feedback
Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field

3–5 years’ experience in mobile money, fintech, or agent network management

In-depth knowledge of Ondo State’s communities and terrain

Excellent field coordination, communication, and reporting skills

Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
