Job Summary:
We are hiring an experienced Mobile Money Operator Relationship Manager to oversee agent performance and drive mobile financial service adoption across Osun State. This role is ideal for someone with strong field management skills and a passion for promoting financial inclusion.
Key Responsibilities:

Build and expand a reliable network of mobile money agents

Facilitate agent onboarding, KYC compliance, and liquidity support

Monitor agent transaction performance and daily activity

Conduct regular field visits and agent support check-ins

Implement engagement strategies to drive agent retention and productivity

Collaborate with product, operations, and finance teams to improve field performance

Ensure all agents follow compliance and regulatory standards

Prepare and submit weekly reports on field activity and agent performance
Requirements:

Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in agency banking, mobile money, or fintech field operations

Good knowledge of Osun State’s geography and financial services landscape

Strong communication, coordination, and conflict resolution skills
Benefits:

Basic Salary: ₦150,000 monthly

Performance Commission: ₦100,000 – ₦900,000 monthly
