Description:
As an Area Sales Manager at Unilever Nigeria, you will be responsible for leading and growing sales within a specific region. You’ll work closely with distributors, manage a team of sales representatives, and ensure Unilever’s products are available, visible, and well-distributed in stores.
Key Responsibilities:

Drive both primary and secondary sales targets in your area.

Coach and guide Territory Managers and distributor teams to improve performance.

Ensure proper distribution, product visibility, and promotion execution across stores.

Monitor trade activities, in-store execution, and merchandising standards.

Manage distributor performance, stock levels, claims, and financial targets.

Collect market intelligence and competitor insights to support strategy.

Required Experience:
