Job Summary:
Ascentech Services Limited is hiring a Training Manager to lead all training and development initiatives for a 5-star hospitality environment. The ideal candidate must have experience working with global hotel brands and be skilled in designing impactful training programs that align with international service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute an annual training plan that supports business goals

  • Identify training needs and improve existing programs

  • Inspire staff to consistently deliver excellent guest experiences

  • Use creative training methods aligned with international hotel standards

Requirements:

  • HND, Bachelor’s, or Master’s Degree

  • At least 9 years’ experience in training roles, with 5 years in a 5-star hotel setting

  • Proven success as a Training Manager in luxury hospitality

  • Strong skills in training program design and delivery

Salary:
₦800,000 – ₦1,000,000 per month
