馃摑 Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic plans to grow savings deposit portfolios

Conduct market research and analyze competitors to identify product opportunities

Lead and mentor a team of savings deposit officers

Launch and monitor effective sales and marketing campaigns
-
Ensure full compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies
-
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
-
Implement customer retention and loyalty strategies
-
Analyze KPIs, track performance, and report regularly to senior management

Work with marketing, product development, and customer service teams for seamless operations
馃帗 Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields
-
Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail banking focused on deposit mobilization
-
Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding savings targets
-
Deep knowledge of the Nigerian financial market and regulations
-
Strong leadership, interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
-
Proficiency in BankOne software and Microsoft Office Suite
-
Highly customer-focused with excellent problem-solving abilities
