📝 Job Description:

The Cashier will handle receiving payments, issuing receipts, managing daily transactions, and balancing financial records. This role supports the finance team by ensuring accuracy in all monetary dealings and entries into accounting systems.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Collect payments via cash, cheque, POS, transfer, or vouchers

• Verify and confirm bills before payment collection

• Ensure payment approval before issuing receipts

• Accurately post transactions into QuickBooks

• Balance accounts at the end of the day with Accountant or Auditor

• Summarize corporate bills daily, weekly, and monthly

• Prepare and post journals, update ledgers, and submit reports

• Carry out other assigned tasks by Supervisor, Manager, or Medical Director

🎓 Requirements:

• Minimum of NCE, OND, or Diploma in Accounting-related discipline

• At least 2 years experience in a Cashier role

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software
