Qualifications
To be eligible, candidates must possess:

A valid International Passport

O-Level certificate

Pre-medical clearance certificate
-
OND, HND, or BSc in any discipline
-
2–3 years of experience in customer service or a client-facing role

Be between the ages of 25 and 45 years
Key Responsibilities

Attend to customers via calls, email, and live chat

Provide clear and accurate information about products and services

Resolve customer issues with empathy and professionalism

Maintain records of all customer interactions and feedback

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Multitask effectively and remain calm under pressure

Use Microsoft Office tools for documentation and communication (a plus)
