The Future Edge is currently hiring a Data Entry Officer to join our Production Unit. This role is essential for maintaining accurate production records using Microsoft Excel and our ERP system, supporting the smooth operation of our packaging business.
📌 Key Responsibilities

Accurately input daily production reports into the company ERP system

Regularly update production data using Excel spreadsheets

Verify and validate data for accuracy and completeness

Collaborate with the production team to cross-check inputs

Organise and maintain production documents and logs

Perform administrative tasks as assigned by the Production Manager
✅ Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in a data entry role

Proficient in Microsoft Excel (data entry, formatting, formulas)

Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Odoo, Oracle)

High attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Good communication and collaboration skills
