About the Role

Eden Solutions and Resources is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Management and Operations Supervisor to ensure seamless office operations, effectively manage client relationships, and coordinate external consultants. The right candidate will have a strong presence in the office, be highly organised, and skilled in communication, supervision, and process improvement.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office functions: admin support, supplies, facilities

  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure service delivery excellence

  • Track the performance and engagement of external consultants

  • Coordinate onboarding/offboarding of staff within client companies

  • Handle confidential documentation (staffing, contracts, client services)

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards

  • Manage client feedback and contribute to service improvements

  • Support internal teams with the timely delivery of reports, proposals, etc.

  • Lead internal operational process enhancements


What You Need

  • BSc in Business Admin, HR, or related field

  • 3–5 years’ experience in operations or office management (preferably in consulting)

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

  • Strong project coordination and problem-solving abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • High attention to detail and organisational skills
