📌 Requirements

  • Valid International Passport

  • O’Level Certificate

  • Pre-medical Certificate

  • Age: 25–45 years

  • Minimum of OND, HND, or BSc

  • 2–3 years of experience in customer service or a client-facing role

💼 Job Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via calls, emails, and chats

  • Provide accurate and helpful information on products and services

  • Resolve customer complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction

  • Maintain records of customer interactions

  • Collaborate with other teams to enhance the client experience

  • Multitask effectively and think on your feet

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is an added advantage
