📌 About the Role
Dennis Ashley Medical Clinic & Endoscopy Suites is a growing, forward-thinking healthcare facility in Victoria Island. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Officer to support smooth day-to-day operations and contribute to our standard of excellence in patient care.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily clinic operations, including patient scheduling and staff coordination

Manage vendor and supplier relationships for cost-effective procurement

Assist in enforcing operational policies and healthcare compliance standards

Maintain records for billing, inventory, and patient flow using clinic management systems

Support budgeting, reporting, and process improvement with the Operations Manager

Help organize staff meetings and training sessions

Quickly resolve operational issues to ensure smooth clinic performance
Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field

Experience: 2–3 years in operations, admin, or coordination (clinic/healthcare experience preferred)

Skills:

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Familiarity with ERP or clinic management software

Understanding of healthcare compliance (e.g., NAFDAC, Lagos State guidelines)

Bonus Certifications: PMP, CIPS (Not mandatory)
