Our client, in partnership with The Alberta Talent Insights™, is actively seeking skilled Finance Managers to join their operations in Borno and Kebbi States. This pivotal role requires individuals with a strong command of financial planning, performance monitoring, and strategic decision support. The ideal candidate is analytical, forward-thinking, and capable of driving financial excellence across multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities
Budget Planning & Forecasting

Work with department leads to build annual budgets aligned with business goals

Prepare forecast reports and offer expert recommendations for effective financial planning
Financial Performance Monitoring

Track and analyze actual financial performance against budgeted targets

Provide variance analysis and identify opportunities for cost efficiency
Financial Modeling & Analysis

Build and maintain financial models to support investment decisions and pricing strategies

Deliver insightful analysis for new business initiatives and strategic projects
Reporting & Stakeholder Presentations

Compile and present financial reports for senior management and external stakeholders

Translate financial data into actionable insights for business strategy sessions
Candidate Profile
Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of proven experience in financial management or related roles

A degree (or higher) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related disciplines

Strong proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills

Fluent in Hausa (spoken) – good level required
