Job Overview

Our client, in partnership with The Alberta Talent Insights™, is actively seeking skilled Finance Managers to join their operations in Borno and Kebbi States. This pivotal role requires individuals with a strong command of financial planning, performance monitoring, and strategic decision support. The ideal candidate is analytical, forward-thinking, and capable of driving financial excellence across multiple departments.


Key Responsibilities

 Budget Planning & Forecasting

  • Work with department leads to build annual budgets aligned with business goals

  • Prepare forecast reports and offer expert recommendations for effective financial planning

 Financial Performance Monitoring

  • Track and analyze actual financial performance against budgeted targets

  • Provide variance analysis and identify opportunities for cost efficiency

 Financial Modeling & Analysis

  • Build and maintain financial models to support investment decisions and pricing strategies

  • Deliver insightful analysis for new business initiatives and strategic projects

 Reporting & Stakeholder Presentations

  • Compile and present financial reports for senior management and external stakeholders

  • Translate financial data into actionable insights for business strategy sessions


Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in financial management or related roles

  • A degree (or higher) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related disciplines

  • Strong proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills

  • Fluent in Hausa (spoken) – good level required
