About Us:

Sayed Farms Limited is a leader in Nigeria’s poultry and frozen food distribution sector. Our product line includes top-quality chicken, seafood, vegetables, cheese, ice cream, and more. We’re expanding and looking for a smart, proactive Female Receptionist to be the face of our Lekki office.

Role Summary:

The receptionist will manage front desk operations, greet visitors, handle calls, and support administrative tasks, ensuring a smooth and professional office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors professionally

  • Handle incoming calls and direct appropriately

  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

  • Monitor and manage visitor logbooks and ID badges

  • Support meeting room bookings and setup

  • Perform filing, photocopying, and dispatch of documents

  • Assist with hotel bookings, airtime, and logistics for staff

  • Maintain inventory of front office supplies

Requirements:

  • B.Sc. or HND in a relevant field

  • 2–3 years experience in a similar receptionist/admin role

  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Smart, well-groomed, and confident personality

  • Ability to work independently and proactively
