Job Summary:

We’re looking for a highly skilled Pattern Drafter with excellent tailoring and finishing abilities. The ideal candidate must understand garment construction, pattern drafting (especially for corsets), and should be versatile with foreign styles and materials. This position requires someone who is creative, accurate, and experienced in premium fashion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create precise patterns for a variety of styles including corsets, shirts, dresses, skirts, and Tra

  • Sew and finish high-quality garments independently

  • Recommend fabric and color choices based on style and design

  • Work with team to produce trendy, well-fitted, and finished fashion pieces

  • Ensure excellent craftsmanship from pattern to final fitting

Required Skills:

 Expert in Corset Pattern Drafting
 Excellent tailoring and finishing techniques
 Familiarity with foreign fashion trends and cuts
 Strong knowledge of fabrics and materials
 Ability to bring sketches to life with clean execution

Qualification:

  • Minimum: SSCE

  • Male or Female can apply

  • 2+ years practical tailoring experience preferred

  • Must have good taste in design, colors, and fit
