Job Summary
We’re looking for a proactive Learning and Development Officer to plan and manage training programs that boost staff performance, client satisfaction, and a culture of continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities

Support HR strategy execution and training activities.

Conduct training needs assessments with clients and stakeholders.

Design and deliver training programs (induction, soft skills, compliance, leadership, etc.).

Maintain training records and reports in line with company standards.

Ensure training programs meet regulatory and quality standards.

Collaborate with subject matter experts and external trainers.

Track training effectiveness through feedback, tests, and performance metrics.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Law, Engineering, or related fields.

Professional certification (e.g., CIPM) is a plus.

Good communication and people skills.

Understanding of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
