Job Description
Rockshield Asset Protection is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Executive to manage its financial operations. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate reporting, stable cash flow, and enforce sound financial controls. This role is critical for overseeing client invoicing, tracking payments, supporting tax and audit processes, and optimizing company finances.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and improve financial policies and internal controls.

Oversee and monitor cash flow, including income, spending, and investments.

Prepare accurate financial reports: monthly, quarterly, and yearly.

Conduct financial analysis to spot trends and cost-saving opportunities.

Ensure compliance with tax laws and support tax filing and planning.

Manage audits and liaise with auditors.

Track economic factors affecting financial risk and planning.

Oversee invoicing and client payment tracking for revenue assurance.

Maintain financial records, including balance sheets and income statements.
Requirements
Education & Certification:

B.Sc. or HND in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.

Professional certification (ACA, ACCA, or ICAN) is a strong advantage.
Experience:

Minimum 3 years of experience in a finance/accounting role.

Prior experience in invoicing and client payment tracking is essential.
Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting tools (QuickBooks, Sage, etc.).
