Role Overview
-
Manage accurate financial records and daily accounting operations.
-
Oversee general ledger (GL) activities, asset accounting, insurance coordination.
-
Collaborate with teams to ensure compliance and improve finance processes.
Key Responsibilities
-
Ensure accuracy and timely closure of GL accounts.
-
Reconcile GL balances and prepare monthly reports.
-
Manage GL open items and clearing processes.
-
Oversee company insurance profiles and assist in risk mitigation.

Support Senior Finance Manager with daily account operations.
-
Drive process improvements in the finance function.
-
Conduct periodic debtor reviews with sales.
-
Manage asset accounting, maintain asset registers, and track against budgets.
Qualifications & Experience
-
Relevant accounting qualifications.
-
Must be a member of ICAN (Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria).
-
3-5 years experience in a similar role.
-
Hands-on experience with ERP systems.
-
Strong accounting principles knowledge and analytical skills.
-
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure.
