Key Responsibilities
Customer Relationship Management

Build and sustain long-term client relationships
-
Oversee client onboarding and ensure proper training
-
Conduct customer health-checks and analyze satisfaction surveys

Act as the customer’s voice in the organization
Experience Strategy & Sensory Design

Improve customer experiences to be engaging and intuitive

Manage the physical presentation and ambiance of Experience Centers

Ensure digital platforms (website, email, social media) are sensory-rich and optimized
Performance & Customer Data Monitoring

Prepare and present customer engagement and satisfaction reports

Monitor customer health metrics to increase customer lifetime value
Sales Support & Growth Opportunities

Identify and execute upsell opportunities

Recommend client care plans

Encourage referral business

Tailor value propositions to customer needs
Team Collaboration

Work closely with marketing, sales, and technical teams to maintain a seamless and high-quality customer journey
Ideal Candidate Profile

At least 5 years’ experience in customer experience, sales, or related roles
