Job Overview:
Revent Technologies is seeking a strategic and results-driven Human Resource professional to lead performance management, capability development, office administration, and culture transformation. The HR officer will align people strategies with business goals, driving a high-performance, learning-oriented, and agile organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Management

Develop and implement a robust performance framework (OKRs/KPIs).

Manage goal setting, appraisals, reviews, and performance calibration.

Train managers to evaluate team performance and drive improvements.

Use analytics to support talent decisions and workforce planning.
Learning & Capability Development

Manage digital learning systems (e.g., Udemy, Coursera, LMS).

Align learning goals with business strategy and evaluate ROI.

Build leadership and functional capability across teams.
Culture & Change Enablement

Foster a culture of feedback, meritocracy, and learning.

Lead people-readiness initiatives during organizational change.

Integrate learning and performance into engagement, retention, and succession strategies.
Administration & Facility Management

Oversee office operations, supplies, vendor relations, and facility maintenance.

Supervise cleaning and ensure hygiene and safety standards.

Support internal communication and meeting logistics.
Requirements:

4–5 years of experience in a strategic HR role.

Experience with performance management systems and learning architecture.

Strong understanding of business strategy, digital learning, and HR best practices.

Administrative experience in facility/vendor/staff management.
-
HR certifications (SHRM-SCP, CIPD, CIPM) are a plus.

Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an added advantage).

Strong emotional intelligence and stakeholder management abilities.
