Warehouse Executive

 Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Logistics, Business Admin, or related field)
 Experience Level: Entry-level
 Experience Required: 2 years (especially in automotive warehouse operations)

 Key Responsibilities:

Receiving & Inspection

• Receive incoming spare parts

• Check for quality, quantity, and damage

• Report discrepancies immediately

Storage & Organization

• Arrange spare parts in a labelled, accessible system

• Categorize parts appropriately

Inventory Management

• Maintain records using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

• Perform cycle and stock counts

Dispatch & Delivery

• Pick, pack, and dispatch parts to teams or customers

• Ensure on-time and correct delivery

Warehouse Maintenance

• Keep warehouse clean, safe, and well-organized

• Comply with health and safety standards

Reporting & Documentation

• Submit regular reports on stock levels, damages, deliveries, and transactions

Teamwork

• Collaborate with procurement/logistics

• Train junior staff when necessary

 Requirements:

• 2 years’ experience in warehouse operations (automotive preferred)

• Knowledge of spare parts and inventory control

• Proficiency in WMS/ERP systems

• Good physical condition (for lifting/moving parts)

• Skilled in Excel, emails, and basic computer tools

• Strong time management & ability to work under pressure

 Working Conditions:

• Requires frequent bending, lifting, and standing
