 Job Purpose:

To assist Moniepoint customers via email support, resolve their issues, and build strong customer relationships by providing excellent service in a fast-paced fintech environment.


 Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle multiple customer queries via email

  • Maintain professional and empathetic communication at all times

  • Resolve complaints and follow up on customer issues promptly

  • Stay informed about Moniepoint’s products to offer accurate assistance

  • Work closely with your manager/team to escalate unresolved issues

  • Collect customer feedback, assist in surveys and service improvements

  • Ensure compliance with internal guidelines and protocols


 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (any relevant course)

  • 1–3 years of professional experience in customer service, ideally in banking, fintech, or digital platforms

  • Experience in client service or front office roles

  • Attention to detail and strong written communication skills

  • Familiarity with compliance requirements is an advantage
