Job Description

The Company’s client is a reputable bank with its International Group business headquartered in Hong Kong. They are expanding their Data team with BI (business intelligence) talents.

Responsibilities

Report to the Team Head of Business Intelligence in a big team of ~15
Handle customer data and support business requirements
Data projects planning and working closely with internal stakeholders
Support the business for customer behavior analysis
Analyze and identify business opportunities / build customer segmentation to maximize business revenue
Work closely with internal stakeholders in the business banking team on project planning and execution

Requirements

Degree holder in Information Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
4+ years of work experience in business intelligence/data analytics
Technically proficient in Python/SAS/Tableau for BI applications
With business intelligence, analytics/database, marketing knowledge, and experience will be a plus
Prior experience in the financial services industry is a must (banking/insurance/brokerage)
Strong communication skills in Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) are a must

Average Salary: HK$32,000
