About The Company’s Client

The Company client is a Chinese company launching its Asset Management business in Hong Kong. They are looking for an accountant to join their finance team.

Job Description

Handle complete set of accounts for group companies and prepare statutory accounts
Perform general accounting duties, including but not limited to bank reconciliation, inter-co reconciliation, preparing vouchers and accounting schedules
Responsible for portfolio/SPV reporting and bookkeeping
Perform capital call and management fee calculation
Manage and monitor cash and funding
Liaising with external parties, including banks, tax authorities, auditors & service providers, etc
Ad hoc duties as required

Requirements

Degree in accounting or related disciplines
Member of HKICPA or equivalent
Big 4 auditing experience preferred
5 years of relevant working experience
Independent, highly self-motivated, and well organized
Good time management, ability to undertake multi-tasks with tight schedules, project deadlines
Hands-on experience in Flex System
Proficient in MS Office
Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
Immediately available preferred
