• Finance transformation business
• Strategic capital policy and asset management
• ERP-based business management and operational sophistication
• Human resources strategy formulation for finance organizations

Application requirements 

• “Upstream” experience is welcome, such as formulating an accounting/performance management system concept.
• SSC/BPO/FP&A-related project experience for global companies welcome
• Medium-term management plan/budget preparation outline experience welcome
• Project experience on Anaplan, Tagetik, Board, Blackline, RPA, etc. welcome
• Knowledge of accounting standards such as Japanese standards, USGAAP, IFRS, CPA, or USCPA welcome
• English proficiency (TOEIC 700 points) welcome
