C&B Specialist APAC – Banking and Retail industry

The Company’s clients in the banking and retail industry are looking for Compensation & Benefits Specialists to be based in their office in Hong Kong.You will be the first point of contact for any C&B-related matters, working closely with regional HR on implementing C&B programs and policies and annual performance and salary reviews.The successful candidate must have at least 6 – 10 years of C&B experience covering the APAC region. You must have a curious mindset with strong analytical and numerical skills.
