Job Description Summary

As part of the Project Management team, a Project Management Intern is responsible for screening, planning, scheduling and execution of the small projects and customer requests to ensure timely delivery and increased customer satisfaction. Project Management Intern assists in managing multiple projects and customer requests while providing project management advice to the organization.

They coordinate projects and customer requests, schedule, track the progress and report their results. Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Processing of small projects and customer requests
  2. Maintaining contact with the end customers and parties involved through email and phone calls to answer questions and concerns and prepare presentations and project data.
  3. Collaborating with various teams and hold meetings to develop implementation plans and identify risks.
  4. Escalating constraints and risks to the appropriate parties of the organization when required.
  5. Closely monitoring the progress, deadlines and plans of the small projects and customer requests.
  6. Support analysis of the processes used by the Project Management team to drive the continuous improvement of the wider team.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Bio-medical Engineering, Business Administration or any other relevant
  • Organizational skills to work in a structured, independent and reliable way while quickly learning
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills of the English language; Other European languages are also highly desirable
